North Pine Care LLC ("North Pine Care," "we," "us") is a licensed Personal Care Agency based in Rockland, Maine. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you choose to send us through our contact form or by email: your name, phone number, email address, the type of care you are asking about, and anything else you write in your message.
• Information in a job application you email to us, such as your work history and contact details.
• Basic technical information your browser sends to our hosting provider when you load a page, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this website. Please do not send that information by web form or unencrypted email.

Health information

Who we share it with

We share information only with people who need it to serve you: our own staff, service providers that host this website or deliver email, and government agencies or case managers where required by law or with your authorization.

How long we keep it

Website inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record. Client and employment records are retained for the periods required by Maine licensing rules and state and federal law.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this site. If care is being arranged for a person under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us and provide consent directly. If you believe a minor has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and requesting deletion

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Deka@northpinecare.com or call 272-240-0378 with the subject line "Data request." We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained where law or our license requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use the phone for anything sensitive.
